Holmen Locker began in the 1940’s as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you’ll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.

Our Boutique Wine Bar is one of the newest wine bars in Western Wisconsin. Choose from over 200 different varieties of domestic and imported wines, and be sure to sample our wine of the week. The Wine Bar is open Fridays 6pm-10pm and is also available by reservation for special occasions.
Holmen Locker and Meat Market has over 130 different microbrews in their beer area. These microbrews are from Local Wisconsin breweries; U.S. breweries; and European imports. Brand names include: Fat Tire, Shells, Grain Belt and everything in between.

Gift baskets are available all year long! We’ll help you put together whatever you want. Holmen Locker and Meat Market can provide you with any quantity of gift basket, from one to 301. Just pick out the size basket you want, show us the items you want in the baskets, and we’ll put them together for you. Choose from cheeses, “Jerky”, crackers, jars of jelly, local maple syrup, preserves, honey or candy.
